All services are delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase. There is no physical product involved.

3. Token Purchases - No Refunds

Evalyy tokens are digital credits and are non-refundable. This policy applies to all token purchases regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Change of mind
  • Unused tokens
  • Dissatisfaction with the service
  • Technical issues (unless caused by our platform)

Why no refunds for tokens? Tokens are digital credits that are immediately credited to your account upon purchase. Once purchased, tokens cannot be returned as they are intangible digital assets. This is similar to purchasing in-game currency or digital gift cards, which are also typically non-refundable.

4. Payment Processing Errors

If you experience a payment processing error (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount charged), please contact us immediately at support@evalyy.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 5-7 business days.

If the error is confirmed, we will issue a full refund or credit the correct amount to your account.

5. Fraudulent Transactions

  • Credit additional tokens to your account
  • Issue a partial or full refund if the issue cannot be resolved

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us first at support@evalyy.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.

8. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved (in exceptional circumstances as outlined above), it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
